Desde una temprana edad, el deporte ha sido una parte fundamental de su vida. Comenzó en el mundo del acondicionamiento físico a través de la gimnasia y el fútbol, lo que le permitió desarrollar una profunda conexión con el movimiento y la exigencia del alto rendimiento. Su relación con el Pilates comenzó como una solución a una lesión personal. Descubrió que esta disciplina no solo le ayudó a recuperarse de manera efectiva, sino que también transformó su enfoque hacia el bienestar integral. El Pilates se convirtió en una terapia diaria para su cuerpo, mente y espíritu. Desde entonces, decidió convertirse en instructora al certificarse en el Lolita's Legacy Training Program en el 2021, compartiendo los beneficios encontrados con sus clientes. Es amante de viajar descubriendo nuevos lugares, de las películas de terror, de los deportes y cree en el poder de inspirar y alentar a sus clientes a superar sus límites y alcanzar sus metas de bienestar físico-mental.

Movement has always been a part of Macarena´s life. When she was just 13 years old, dance became her hobby and she hasn´t stopped since then. Further along the road, she studied Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources, where she was able to put into practice the values which characterize her best: empathy, kindness and perserverance. Whilst looking for a deeper way in which she could care for people, she found her love of Pilates. She completed the Lolita´s Legacy Teacher Training Program in 2020, where she fell in love with the method. If you're having trouble finding her, try looking on the beach or with her family!

Vane is a communications perofessional, and has always been a sports lover. Her Pilates journey was born with the search for a way to channel her abuntand energy and she also wanted to find a discipline which was dynamic, demanding and challenging. She is known for being extremely details oriented and energetic in her approach to Pilates. She loves painting and enjoys spending time with her sewing machine.
